Dollhouse headboards are usually the focal point the miniature bedroom, just as in real ones. It is what the eye goes to when you gaze into the room box. Here are a few examples I used in real life when the client wants to be creative. Why not have a creative dollhouse headboard in your project?

Karate Outfit 1:12 Scale
One of my grandson’s – the 6 years old – is taking karate classes. So what’s a grandmother to do? Make a 1:12 scale karate outfit, of course, complete with karate soft shoes, numbchucks, boards to be broken with the famous karate chop, and the belt degrees sign. It’s a perfect accessory for a modern boy’s bedroom.
As I made such a big deal in a post about showing the scale of your work on a photo, I had to use this picture. I would ike to say my dinged-up right index finger was a result of an amateur using those numbchucks, but the cuts came from something more prosaic – doing fine work on tough leather with an X-acto knife.
